Our Investment
Focus on the bigger picture of performance
From 1980, ComboWit started with a family-run business from land business; we got rich local marketing insight into industry and made us a great developer. We also invested in different projects, from land and properties to hotels and restaurants. We are not just a player in the industry. We are reinventing property in this country.
1987 We started investing in Sweeten Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., founded in Taiwan and focused on constructing and developing residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are also involved in urban renewal development and land development activities.
Sweeten was public listed and registered under the ticker TPE:5525
Our first hotel, “City Resort” was launched. Our president hopes to promote the concept of work-life balance and then step into leisure and tourism management; this is how City Resort was born.
We found a new development company, Ching Yuan development Co., Ltd. The company cares about sustainable living and focuses on building residential properties and choosing local, high-quality building materials in Taiwan.
The Huan is the first investment-oriented luxury executive residence launched by Sweeten. Uts core concept is "buy a hotel, stay in a hotel, earn a hotel." Unlike other small suite products, it is also the first case in the area.
We started factory rental business on 3rd ring road in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We provide excellent opportunities for various industry owners who want to expand their business.
We started our multiple business strategies and were involved in a new business - Restaurant. We operated Coloryes-food, a fusion restaurant around 4,000 square-meter that can meet every customer and group's catering and venue rental needs.
The ComboWit Properties was officially established in Cambodia and started the first residential project The Future 30, in Cambodia.
